About Me
Greetings!

I am Marcus Bridgewater: CEO, creator, and influencer. In 2018, I launched Choice Forward, my wellness company. We offer workshops, presentations, life coaching, and more to empower individuals and strengthen communities.
​
In December of 2019, I began sharing videos online at the suggestion of a former mentee of mine. He felt that my message of kindness, patience, and positivity would be well received by the internet, and thus I began my journey as a content creator.
​
Since then, I have been fortunate to have my work featured in a variety of press including Vogue, The Los Angeles Times, and the New York Times.
​
I am humbled by the response I have received to my message, and I look forward to continuing this adventure.

Garden Marcus is a joint effort between myself and Choice Forward's Co-Founder, Dana Hammarstrom, who films & edits all my videos. She makes content creation that much easier, and that much more fun. I'm grateful to have a strong team working with me!
